My passion is yoga,
natural health and wellbeing.
I have struggled with my weight
for years
and know, only too well,
how difficult it can be.
It is a constant effort to
fit in exercise,
eating healthy
and keeping sane
into a daily practice.
I love helping people,
so when they tell me
how much their life is improving, ie
"I'm feeling calmer in general",
"love the daily yoga for weight loss",
"my lower back pain is
better through yoga".
Nothing makes me happier!
I always try to keep our
online yoga sessions
fun, powerful and calming.
The focus is on having a
great workout,
strengthening core,
and stretching out
body, mind and soul.
